Product Specification:

The Beadlock System is a one-piece cylindrical polymer designed to secure a tire's bead against the wheel rim. This is especially crucial for vehicles in soft terrain like sand or snow where tire pressures are intentionally lowered to increase traction. While reduced pressure improves the tire's footprint, it also risks the tire unseating or not rotating with the wheel. The Beadlock system prevents this inward movement, ensuring the tire and wheel rotate together and significantly reducing the chance of unseating. Made from an imperishable polymer, it's highly durable, lightweight, easy to fit without special tools, and compatible with all CTIS designs. It provides the added benefit of allowing a vehicle to travel up to 5km with a completely deflated tire.
